Sierra Tishgart is an entrepreneur and journalist.
She's currently working on starting her own company, launching in late 2018.
For five years, she worked as the Senior Editor of New York Magazine’s food site, Grub Street, and she won a James Beard Award for her work. She contributes to Bloomberg, ELLE, Cherry Bombe, and TASTE. Sierra also regularly appears on camera to interview chefs and has hosted shows for CBS This Morning and AOL’s BUILD Series.
Sierra grew up in Philadelphia, moved to Chicago to attend the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, and currently lives in New York. She loves cheesesteaks, hates deep-dish pizza, and considers dining at Russ & Daughters to be a religious experience.
